Over the past several days, the Lord has been speaking with urgency, placing on my heart a call to awaken His people to the truth of WHO they are in Him.
It is our responsibility, now more than ever, to govern the earth and to govern the night. This is not just a word for Sydney, Australia, but for the nations.
I believe the Lord is highlighting a spiritual drowsiness— a kind of slumber that causes God’s people to forget their position and responsibility. From the beginning, God said, “Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves on the earth” (Genesis 1:26). Authority was given, but authority must be exercised. If we have been given dominion over something, then we are also responsible for its governance.
I believe the Lord is reminding us that we govern with our voice, and we govern from the inside out. Scripture tells us, “As a person thinks in their heart, so are they” (Proverbs 23:7). What we carry internally shapes what we speak, and what we speak changes outcomes. We were made in the image of the Creator. Creation responds to what is released into it. This is not metaphor— it is a God-given function.
Since late 2025, we have seen a noticeable rise in disorder— in the streets and even in the waters here in Sydney. There has been an increase in violence, chaos, and instability, including shark attacks at a scale we have not seen before. This is not normal. Scripture tells us that creation itself responds to governance, or the lack of it: “Creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God” (Romans 8:19). When sons are asleep, creation groans. When sons arise, order is restored.
This is not about blame; it is about awakening to sonship.
There have been four shark attacks in Sydney within 48 hours. Nico Antic, only 12 years old, and Andre de Ruyter, in his 20s, are currently fighting for their lives in hospital, with Nico in a coma.
I want to share something I have been carrying since early September 2025. While we were on holidays, I had a vision of sharks fatally attacking men. When we returned home the next day, a man was killed by a shark attack at our local beach at Long Reef, only three minutes from our home. Later, further north, a young woman and her boyfriend were attacked. And now again, we are seeing boys and young men harmed by sharks. I am not sharing this to sensationalise events, but because patterns speak.
This feels like a moment where we are being asked to step into our role, not simply observe what is happening. We were never called to be passive witnesses to chaos. We were called to be partners in restoration. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). That prayer invites partnership. Heaven comes through yielded people who understand their authority.
When we remember who we are, it changes not only the world within us, but the world around us.
When God speaks, chaos turns into order. His voice in us still carries that power.
Our words are not just sounds. They carry the authority of heaven to release order into earthly places. When we do not speak, fear finds a voice.
So may we speak the will of God over our homes, over our cities, and over our nations, and watch chaos turn into divine order.
SPEAK LIFE INTO DEATH
In Ezekiel 37, God brought Ezekiel into the Valley of Dry Bones and commanded him to prophesy! As he spoke the word of the Lord, the bones came together, flesh formed, and when he prophesied again, breath entered them and they stood up— a vast army.
The key moment is this: God did it, but He chose to do it THROUGH A HUMAN VOICE!! Ezekiel spoke, and creation responded. And so we all know how the story should end, life proceeds obedience even when what we see looks impossible.
In the lions’ den, Daniel stood as a son aligned with God. As he prayed, heaven responded—angels were sent and the mouths of the lions were closed. Creation was governed, not by human strength, but by authority that comes from God (Daniel 6:22).
In the same way, Jesus spoke, “Go, your son will live,” At the sound of His voice, sickness released and the child was healed in that very moment. (John 4:50).
When God’s will is spoken through His sons, creation responds—animals are restrained and people are set free!
I have been praying these same prayers over These boys, “You will be restored! You will wake up and live!” And now, I am inviting those who feel the weight of this to join me in prayer and intentional declaration. Please pray especially for Nico Antic, who is on life support, and for Andre in a critical condition— for life, healing, full restoration, and for God’s presence to surround their families. Speak life over their bodies and His hand upon the rooms they are in right now.
I also feel we must intentionally speak over our coastline and our land and communities— to call the waters back into order, to declare that life, not death, has the final word. This is not about striving or shouting; it is about Faith and obedience. When our hearts are aligned with revelation knowledge, our words carry the Lords authority.
Now is the time to wake up, to rise, and to use our voices in agreement with God’s word until we see His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
Heaven on earth is not something we wait for. It is something we must steward NOW! In our homes, in our streets, and in our nations!
