Since the beginning of 2021, I have heard the Lord say over, and over again “I will protect those who obey what I say, and walk purely before Me.”

I have sensed such an urgency to draw even closer to God’s heart, to LISTEN AND OBEY what He is saying in this season. To keep our hearts pure, and walk in His ways regardless of what is happening around us. I believe this is key in this season of the many distractions, and deceptions rising in the earth. For the Lord is wanting to PROTECT AND PROSPER His people in this season.

‬ “His love broke open the way, and he brought me into a beautiful, broad place. He rescued me—because his delight is in me! HE REWARDED ME FOR DOING WHATS RIGHT AND STAYING PURE. I will follow his commands and I’ll not sin by ceasing to follow him, no matter what. For I’ve kept my eyes focused on his righteous words, and I’VE OBEYED EVERYTHING THAT HE’S TOLD ME TO DO.” Psalms‬ ‭18:19-22 TPT

OBEYING HIS VOICE EVEN WHEN FEAR KNOCKS AT YOUR DOOR

Just like Daniel, We can choose to have faith in God even when fear knocks at our door, and we can choose to be obedient to the Lord even if our very lives are at stake. Daniel trusted and obeyed God, and because of this; He was supernaturally protected from being eaten by hungry lions. Not only was Daniel protected, But God rewarded him by prospering Him in the land!

“Very early the next morning, the king got up and hurried out to the lions’ den. When he got there, he called out in anguish, “Daniel, servant of the living God! Was your God, whom you serve so faithfully, able to rescue you from the lions?” Daniel answered, “Long live the king! My God sent his angel to shut the lions’ mouths so that they would not hurt me, for I have been found innocent in his sight. And I have not wronged you, Your Majesty.” Daniel‬ ‭6:19-22‬ ‭NLT‬

“So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian.” Daniel‬ ‭6:28‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I DECLARE FAITH TO ARISE IN YOUR HEARTS

I pray that as you draw even closer to God’s heart today, you would be richly infused with faith, and take on the spirit of the overcomer! For the Lord is saying, “I WILL REWARD THOSE WHO OBEY MY VOICE, AND WALK PURELY BEFORE ME.”
