Yesterday morning, I left the house early to go to church with my family. As we sat in the car my husband was surprised to see both side rear view mirrors were folded in. So I wasn’t able to see behind me to reverse.
Suddenly, the spirit of God started to speak to me about giving His people FRESH EYES. Then I heard the spirit say, “GOD IS GIVING HIS LOVERS FRESH EYES TO SEE TODAY!”
I believe God is reminding His lovers to not look behind, but allow your eyes to be FIXED ON HIM, AND BE DEEPLY AWARE OF THE PATH BEFORE YOU. The new season before you LOOKS NOTHING LIKE the season behind you. Keep your gaze on the Lord and make HIM your delight, then He will give you FRESH EYES TO SEE the new season that He has been preparing for you.
“Now listen, daughter, pay attention, and forget about your past. Put behind you every attachment to the familiar, even those who once were close to you! For your royal Bridegroom is ravished by your beautiful brightness. Bow in reverence before him, for he is your Lord!” Psalms 45:10-11
